Neha Perveen : Sr. Program Manager

Neha Perveen is a human resource professional with 9 years of work experience in the development sector. Neha has done post graduation in History from the prestigious A.N. College, Patna in Bihar. She has worked extensively in the area of  education and health during her work with organisations such as Aga Khan Foundation, Nari Gunjan, Agragami India and Indian Grameen services. 

Neha is well versed in micro and macro levels planning through  stakeholder management, project budgeting, capacity building & training, program implementation, team recruitment and building effective communication channels.

Neha is presently working as Senior Program Manager and is handling operations such as program implementation, monitoring & follow up, documentation and training of team members. She is responsible for training of team members, volunteer management and liaison with community stakeholders and partners.
