Tripti Sinha: Admin & HR Executive
Tripti has had a long-standing association with SADRAG. A graduate of
B.N. Mandal University, Bihar, and a trained educator from N.T.T. Lal
Bahadur Shastri Institute, Tripti made a significant impact on the
organisation’s growth after transitioning from her lucrative role at
Mother’s Pride, one of the leading preschools for children.
Currently, Tripti leads the Human Resources and Administration
department. She oversees staff welfare, employee management, and
environment-building initiatives. Known for her strict yet fair
approach, Tripti has demonstrated remarkable maturity in handling
challenging situations, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic.
During this time, she was frequently seen distributing ration kits to
those stranded without food.
