Executive: Communication & Partnerships

Toshika is an MBA from Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University, Delhi. Her specialisation is in the discipline of Human Resource and Marketing. She hold  bachelor’s degree in Arts from Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce, University of Delhi. She has a rich experience in the domain of HR,  particularly in talent acquisition, employee management and nurturing effective teams. Toshika excels in  comprehensive assessments of candidates  with regard to specialized skills sets, strategic decision-making while leveraging on her own analytical skills.

Toshika has been an active cadet of National Cadet Corps (NCC) during her college days. During the NCC training, Toshika inculcated her ability to lead and motivate teams through effective communication and strategic direction, fostering the team’s high performance and productivity.

Toshika has a special training in human resource recruitment through talent acquisition and employee management in an NGO setting. Besides, she has contributed to several social impact initiatives in NGOs of repute like Choti Si Khushi. She actively contributed to relief work in the community during COVID-19.

Toshika is presently in the role of HR, project acquisition and partnership building role.
