Mrinalika Chauhan – CSR Alliances & Partnerships

Mrinalika Chauhan is a dynamic professional with a strong foundation in social work and community development. She holds a Master of Arts in Social Work, specializing in Livelihoods and Social Entrepreneurship from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of Delhi. Currently pursuing an Executive General Management Programme at IIM Lucknow, Mrinalika has gained practical experience through roles like Executive CSR at NTPC Anta, where she managed CSR fund management, stakeholder analysis, and event management.

 

Her hands-on experience includes working with Care India and Mahila Housing Trust on projects such as Cluster Level Micro Planning in Bathinda (Punjab) and a baseline study on the impact of air pollution on women construction workers in Delhi. She has also conducted perception surveys and field research on public transport safety for women in Delhi. Mrinalika’s leadership abilities are highlighted by her role as placement coordinator at TISS and her numerous accolades and leading a project on Manipuri women Entrepreneurship. With her strong skills in project management, research, and community engagement, Mrinalika is dedicated to driving social impact through her work
