Amar Kumar is a social work professional with nearly seven years of experience in human resources, recruitment, and community engagement, complemented by academic training in Social Work (BSW, MSW). His work bridges organizational capacity-building with on-ground realities, bringing a people-centred approach to both human resource management and development practice.
