SADRAG works on gender issues with the contextualised discourse on gender. We conduct gender sensitisation and PoSH training’s in nstituions, organisations and corporates as an endeavour to build gender equitable and safe spaces at workplace. Our trainings are enlivened with theory, audio-visual tools, activities and dynamic interpersonal discussions with participants.
The training wing of SADRAG is led by Dr. Mala Bhandari, who is a Sociologist and holds a Doctorate Degree from Department of Sociology, Delhi School of Economics at University of Delhi on Gender and Development. She has three years post-doctorate research experience on the similar subject on UGC fellowship.
SADRAG customizes the training content as per the target group, domain and the organizational requirement. The sessions are planned for different durations for IC members and the employees of an organisation.
