Cancellation Policy
Thank you for supporting the Social and Development Research and Action Group (SADRAG). We value your contributions and support towards our mission. However, we understand that there might be occasions when you need to cancel a donation or event registration. Below is our cancellation policy to guide you through the process.
Donation Cancellation
If you have made a donation to SADRAG and wish to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. Donation cancellations can be requested within 15 days of the donation date. To request a cancellation, please reach out to us via email at mail@sadrag.org or call us at 0120-4129831 during our business hours (Mon – Sat: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM).
Event Registration Cancellation
If you have registered for an event organized by SADRAG and need to cancel your registration, please notify us at least 7 days before the event date. Refunds for event cancellations will be processed within 14 business days from the date of request. You can request an event registration cancellation by sending an email to mail@sadrag.org or by calling us at 0120-4129831 during our business hours.
Processing Refunds
- Refund Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of the cancellation request approval.
- Mode of Refund: The refund will be made through the same payment method used during the donation or event registration.
- Confirmation: Once your refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
