Dr Richa Awasthy, Member

A Post Graduate in Psychology with specialization in Organizational Behavior, Richa is teaching faculty in School of Business, Public Policy and Social Entrepreneurship at Ambedkar University, Delhi. With years of experience in research, consultancy and teaching, she is a certified FIROB administer.

A university rank holder in Applied Psychology, Richa has published several articles in International and National Journals like The Learning Organization, Asian Case Research Journal, International Journal of Indian Cultural and Business Management.  

Richa did Ph.D. on the employees’ perception of transplanted organizational practices of MNCs operating in India. Her current interests are cross-cultural studies, intercultural relations, organizational diagnosis, Learning organization, 360 degree performance appraisal
