  • SADRAG: NGOs With Organizational Growth Challenges “Emerald Emerging Market Case Studies” 5 (7), 2015.        –     Dr. Richa Awasthy

Based on SADRAG life journey a teaching case is written. The teaching case not only brings out key elements of assessment of growth challenges but also relates these elements to the development sector. As per author’s assessment there are no such cases in the context of a developing country, where the concept of organizational design is being linked to organization in the development sector.
The author would like to thank the founder of SADRAG and its team for their cooperation.
